7 wk. old J. G. eyes closed / flicks head not looking good

I have a splash J. G. 7 week old chick that is sitting all the time with her eyes closed and periodically filcks its head. It is not a head shake back and forth just a one time flick ~ flip , to the side with its head. If disturbed by another chick it will get up, move sit back down, close its eyes, flick its head. I checked it all over yesterday for any mites or bugs and found nothing. It is very hot here, heat index 95`. I have a fan on the chicks ~ still in brooder box ~ in the day and heat lamp at night. All the other chicks seem fine. Going to bring little ailing one in house tonight to be sure it is getting enough food and water. If any one has any thoughts, help, ideas, soultions, or just a plain ol guess I sure would like to hear from you . THANKS

First of all, at 7 weeks they don't need a heat lamp, even in cold weather. Chickens do not do well at all when overheated.

I wonder if it has a problem with or in its ear.

thank you ! That is a consideration. I am also investigationg the possability of mites or lice.
