70 days already and any sign of eggs... Button Quail

I have 70 days old Button Quails. I never see the male crowlign and I always see the female doing it.
But the question is: wouldn't have to be laying eggs?
I don't have any egg yet and they're already 10 weeks!

Completely off-topic but I need help. I need to clean my button quail's cage and I have no idea how to catch them to put them in a temporary box. I just spent about 25 minutes chasing them around the cage and have only gotten bitten by my male. I almost got the top of the box shut and my male attacked my hand and wriggled out of the box. I got so frustrated I had to give up and get help. Anyone know how I can catch them?

I use a bird net to catch mine. They're fast and hard to hold!

I used a magazine to push them into a box in the corner of their cage. It was hopeless trying to catch them. They're like little bullets!
