75% humidity do any harm?

Okay, here is my dilema, I put some eggs in my incubator at different times, meaning some will hatch before others, I know for the last 3 days, bump the humidity up to 75-80%, now will the 75-80% humidity harm the other eggs that arent do to hatch untill another week or so?

75-80% is very high. For lockdown aim for 60-65% rather. You can pull off a staggered hatch like this, but there will be a risk to the newer eggs at the higher humidity. Would it be possible for you to build/borrow another incubator for a "hatcher" that you can transfer the older eggs into for lockdown and hatch?

wow, everything i've read/heard was 55-60%, then bump it to 75-80% for lockdown. What should the humidity be then for the time up untill lockdown?

Using a Brinsea Ova Easy 180 I always have this dilema. I get the humidty to around 65% only a day before hatch. No issues so far with several 100% hatch rates. If you are watching the air sacks in the other eggs while candling you could always back the humidty a little lower after the hatch if you feel the need to say around 40% or so.
