8.5 week Icelandic/Wyandotte genders?

Icelandic breeders do NOT mix them with other breeds. Please check out the "Icelandic thread."

Not true actually. A good friend of mine who breeds Icelandic's uses heavy breed females with his Icelandic rooster to make crossbreds. They turn out to be birds that butcher out better but still free range very well. And he loves the vast array of color they produce.

they are now 16 weeks and I am finally convinced (thanks to curly tail feathers!) that I have two cockerels and one pullet. Bummer! I have never ended up with more pullets than cockerels when I hatch my own eggs!:(:hmm
