i have several PURE BRED laying hens... GREAT LAYERS, the hens i have are 5 barred rocks, 2 buff orpingtons, 2 black australorps, 2 blue laced red wyandottes (rare breed $25), and 1 dominique. hens are ALL laying eggs... a couple of the hens have small spots of frost bite on their combs from this winter being so harsh but that is normal for chickens, i usually use vaseline to prevent it but i went on vacation for a week and someone else had to take care of the chickens for me. hens are 8 and 9 months old. $20 each since they are so young and are egg laying machines with the exception of the beautiful blue laced red wyandottes since they are a extremely rare breed. please note that it usually takes 2-3 weeks for the hens to start laying again in a new place since it is stressful on them to be moved to a completely new surrounding...
