The third one down definitely makes me want to die from cuteness, but the picture of the two on the attack chicken sign is hilarious!!!

LMAO!!! You should have seen me trying to get ALL FOUR of those babies to sit above that sign and smile for the camera!!! NOT an easy task, and I must have looked like a lunatic out there!! I was waving my hands and making noises, then one would jump off or turn backwards and flip its butt up in the air... I hope my neighbors weren't watching!! LOL! Finally it was just the two left up there and that was the pic we had to settle for... The single shots on the fence post were MUCH easier - but those group shots are definitely a two person job!!! LOL!

Those are adorable!! I have never had Polishes before, I have heard they are a little jummpy? It that true or does it just depend on the bird? Do they tend to be quet like cochins? Thanks!
Have a blessed day!!!!!

Thanks!!! IMO, yes, they're a tad jumpier than my other chickens - but that's only because they can't SEE!!! I mean, they actually CAN see, but their field of vision is very limited because of all the heavy crest feathers hanging in their eyes. But when they're trimmed, they seem to settle down a bit - even then, IMO, they're not anywhere near as laid back as my other breeds are.

As for their noise level, I'd say no - they're definitely NOT quiet like cochins. My bantam Polish roosters can out crow my larger guys any day of the week - their crow is higher pitched, and the decibel is higher, too.

Sorry, thats probably NOT what you wanted to hear, is it?? You might want to post these questions on the forum and get opinions from others - of course, my opinions apply only to my experience with my birds...
