8 chickens only 2 eggs a day ???? something wrong?

I got 8 chickens I think the leghorns but not sure they're white and lay Brown eggs ....but any ways I used to have 9 of them I'd get 5-7 eggs a day we'll one died now I only get 2 eggs a day .....any suggestions are awesome

Look for a hidden nest. Every time mine "stop" laying within a few days I find a hidden nest somewhere with a load of eggs in it.

They're confined to a run and coop most of the day....I was just looking at breeds and they could be a chantceler( I know I spelled that wrong ) or a Rhode island white

Just went and checked the run no hidden stashes of eggs

they could have got stressed when the other hen died. Give them a week or two to get over it
