An Ameraucana has to breed true and should have slate legs, pea comb, and a recognized color. There are Lavender Am's, even thought the color is not recognized by the APA they breed true so are considered Ameraucanas. EE's can be a mix of many breeds usually involving an Ameraucana somewhere down the line. They usually have pea combs, green or slate legs, beard and muffs, and are often a random colors and don't breed true. Hope this helped.
