So I have 3 8-week chicks that are sick, one is on the verge of dying I think. Olive, my olive Egger is standing in a corner all fluffed up. She is eating and drinking just a little. No energy. She has watery poop and sometimes looks like it is in small pellets. No blood though. Also her front breastbone feels like it is protruding.
The other two chicks are eating regular and have energy but are sneezing a lot. No eye discharge, just the sneezes. All chicks are given medicated feed and fresh water. I have also been giving whole milk yogurt with oregano and cayenne pepper. I also tried giving save-a-chick probiatics and electrolytes.
What is wrong with my chicks? Worms or Coccidiosis? Or something else? Please help! My Olive Egger doesn't look like she has much time.

You could have both coccidiosis and a respiratory infection going around. Sneezing can be due to viruses, bacterial infection, from dusty conditions or feed, or mold. Coccidiosis and worms can be diagnosed with a fecal float by your local vet. Corid (amprollium) from the cattle aisle at feed stores can be used in the water to treat cocci. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid, or 1 1/2 tsp of the Corid powder per gallon of water for 5 days.
