8 Week Hen Chicks from 1 Flock and 6 wk. old roo - when to introduce?

Hi... I have a couple of roos that are 6 weeks old and a neighbor has several 8 week old hen chicks and is wanting a rooster. What is the best age to introduce the younger roo to the established hen flock that are a couple weeks older? Should I wait until my roo gets a little older?

I'd do it right now.

I've seen roos start getting frisky at 10 weeks.

Might as well let them work out the "pecking" order right now.
