8 week old bantam - Breed and Gender?

Posted a week ago and had one response that did not know the breed but thought she is a pullet.
Does anybody know what kind this is? She (?) looks like the two others that I have that I am almost certain are old english crele bantams but this one is bigger and has more white feathers.
Is this a different kind of old english? Is this a pullet?

Are those legs whitish? That could be a great indicator of breed
