8 week old Barred Rocks!

So we've waited (not so patiently) while our babies grew up and now they're a little over 8 weeks old! Any indication if we have any roos yet?

We were hoping for at least ONE roo in the 15 chicks we have!!

Oh well. Picked up a 4 month old Welsummer a couple days ago. He's beautiful (and LOUD!!)

Looks like with a Welsummer rooster and BR hens- their chicks will be solid black for pullets and barred for cockerels- so your uniform flock will make it easier in the future to determine male/female!
