8 week old Blue Ameraucana- Roo or Pullet?

Hi! I am new to raising chickens and I wanted to know if anyone can help me figure out if this is a roo or pullet? In my area we aren't allowed roosters but I can't see getting rid of her or him? HELP!

Oh thank goodness! Would you happen to know what breed this is? I have 2 like this and they are supposed to be Blue Ameraucanas...

Well this is a little disappointing. The hatchery i got my "Ameraucanas" from charged me 30$ each.

That is insane! I would not recommend buying from that hatchery again. Try Murray mc Murray hatchery they have actual blue americanas for like 7 or 8$.
