Hello!

My 8 week old Buff Orpington seems to be having some leg problems. I've read through numerous threads, and have not found anything that seems to completely fit the issues. She seems to be pigeon toed, she steps and stumbles on her own feet. She eats, and drinks and does not seem to have any other issues. I keep her with me when I work in the yard, and she seems overall very content no signs that she's in pain and happy to watch what I'm up to. She does walk on her own, and will scoot over to me, but does not stand for long. I have been pushing her to stand hoping maybe it will strengthen her legs, she just seems a little weak in the legs. No signs of paralysis or injury. No swelling, no hot spots, red spots. Just not sure what is up with my little buddy! Anyone have any ideas??

Welcome to BYC. I can't post links until morning, but I would Google "riboflavin deficiency in chickens" for information. I would also start on poultry vitamins in the water immediately, or PolyVisol without iron baby vitamins 3drops daily by mouth.
