So my 8 week old call duck has started making a lot of noise lately and has been losing a lot of little feathers over the past couple days, after inspecting under her wing it seems there's something wrong with it, I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking at but any help would be greatly appreciated

Looks like a wound, any idea how she got it? can you pluck or trim the feathers away from the wound so we can get a good look at it. Is she kept outside in a pen or free range. could something have stuck its arm into a pen and grabbed her? Just trying to get an idea here.
I'd def clean it real good with some warm salt water

Thanks for replying, we currently have her inside the house most of the time because we had to assist her in hatching and she spent the first night in an incubator which made the mother not recognize her and attack her, she did jump down from a car seat which could've done it. we figure it might be a broken feather but I'm not too sure on what action to take if it is apart from just giving her regular cleaning

Washing and rinsing the wound would be good. Saline works wonders. And it may be a feather broke getting a real good look at the area should tell you.
