8 week old chicks

My chickens are 8 weeks old and completely off heat. Tonight is their first night outside but the low temp is going to be 46. Will that be too cold for them?

I have 10, chicks that are 5 weeks old, I finally turned the lite out on them yesterday.. I was worried they would get cold,but when I checked them this morning they were fine.. Yay,no more heat lamp! Now the next step is getting them on the ground in their new home.

I live in sunny Florida, so my chicks lost the heat lamp at about 3wks old. We'd have 80 degree nights and they would still pile on top of each other. They would still do this even at about 8wks old. It sure didn't look comfortable to me. I went and got 3 more babies when my first bunch were about 5wks old, and they too like to sleep in a pile. None of them care how warm it is.
