8 Week Old EE pullet or cockerel?

This 8 week old EE is supposed to be a pullet but every other day I think it's a cockerel because of the feather coloring. Then, the other days I convince myself it's a pullet because of the comb/color and lack of waddles. What do you guys think, or is it too soon to tell? He/she started out as a yellow chick, feathered in white, and has been turning into a reddish brown/golden color. The neck feathers look pointed but they are rounded, they're outlined in gold. Can I still hope for pullet
