8 week old hen with riboflavin deficiency, PLEASE HELP!!

I would treat her for some more time with riboflavin containing foods, but getting the B complex would be wise. Make sure that you are feeding a balanced chicken feed, and then any added foods would not be necessary. A chicken chair or sling might be useful while you are treating. Mareks disease sometimes can cause curled under toes and leg weakness, more often on one side. Here is some reading about both riboflavin deficiency and Mareks:

Here is a good link with pictures of chicken slings and chairs:

Hi guys. So i gave the chick some b complex and i heard marmite helps alot. Im gonna give her some of that, not too much, because it contains a D vitamin. I dont know if its safe to give too much vitamin D. She still cant walk. Her legs work, but not the toes..
Will she be paralyzed in her toes forever is she gets better?

Marmite is not common in the US so I have no personal experience with it. I understand it's very salty (?) so that would be a concern, too much salt would not be good for your chick. If it is in fact salty, I would stick with the b complex so you don't add another problem for your chick.
It can take several days to start to see improvement. How long exactly will vary bird to bird. If you are able to straighten the toes with the boot, I would continue with that also. Time will tell, there are a lot of variables, if you see no improvement at all after a week, then either it was too long before treatment started, or likely something else is going on, like the Marek's previoiusly suggested.

Thann you. I only gave a little bit of the marmite because of the salt. I will keep making a boot for her. Thing is just that she moves around a bit better without the boot

Her condition has not worsened since yesterday, so maybe she is starting to improve?

And if anybody knows... will her toes be paralyzed forever?

No i dont have a pic. But both feet's toes are curved inwards. She walk on the knuckles of her feet, there where her toes stop curving Her legs still work though and she still has balance I'll take a photo tomorrow

@Wyorp Rock do you maybe know what to do? Youve helped me greatly with my hen that had a prolapsed vent and ive been wondering if you could give me some advice

Hi @Janke Beukes I'm sorry to hear about your troubles:hugs
Are these Speedy's babies?
If you can get some photos that may be helpful.

You lost one a while back and it was suspected to be Marek's? Are the symptoms similar or do you feel that this is vitamin deficiency?
The others have given good suggestions about finding sources of vitamin B - liver, nutritional yeast or using human B-Complex vitamins would be good.

The ones you put down, had diarrhea, do these have it too? If you can get a picture of the poop that might help too.
