8 week old - pair, both males, or both females??

I have 2 lavender orpingtons that are not related but hatched with 2 days of each other. Are they both boys, both girls of a pair?
They are about 8 weeks old. In real life they look very different, with # 2 having much paler comb etc, but in the pics they both look similar.

I'm no expert but I'm guessing the top one is a rooster. I'm not sure on the second one but I'm gonna take a stab and say hen.
