I was really thinking my polish was a roo, this the past week or so, the crest has become rounder. Looking more like a pullet? Also, does he/she have a beard?

Right now I agree with pullet. Also yes, she's bearded.
She is DEFINITELY a girl. Very cute.

Oh thank goodness! I wasn't really wanting a roo around, but had frankly grown quite attached so it was staying one way or another. But I am very happy to hear it looks like a pullet!
