My young chicken got mauled by a hawk and her right wing (and possibly leg) are drooping. She is having trouble walking. But what is really unusual is that she keeps going in and out of consciousness. Like one second she is up and eating food (from my hand as she cannot reach the bottom), and the next she is just sleeping while standing up.

If i give her a light tap, she doesnt respond and just wakes up 10-40 seconds later with a mild perkiness ready for food and water. This cycle keeps happening. ALSO, there is this occasional crackling sound coming from her abdomen (close to the inner right wing wound). Is she dying? Is she bleedinng internally? Anyone else have this situation before or could lend a hand?

Sounds like she could be in shock. It can kill people and shock can kill chickens. So this is what to treat for first. Give warm Gatoraid or electrolytes with sugar every hour until she revives and is alert.

Keep her warm, not hot, but don't allow her to get chilled. If the others are leaving her alone, let her stay with the flock. If she's being bullied due to her afflictions, bring her inside and let her rest in a crate over night. The breathing noises you hear may be from a damaged air sac or injury to her lungs.

Have you checked her over thoroughly for open wounds? That's really all you can do. Internal wounds will need to heal on their own.

I checked that there was one wound (a semi-deep talon puncture) under her right wing, which also is affecting her right leg. What temperature should I keep her at inside the house? Also will the damage to her lungs be fatal? She also doesnt eat unless i spoonfeed/handfeed starter /water, so what should i do (because I cant stay with her all day)?

If you treat her for shock, there's a good chance she will perk up and eat on her own. The puncture wound is at risk of infection due to having bacteria injected deep into the chick's tissues. This is likely already affecting her by growing bacteria. An oral antibiotic is very wise. She could die in as little as 24 hours from infection.

I suggest you either call your vet and ask for an antibiotic or call feed stores and ask what they have. Penicillin or amoxicillin are two good ones. But any antibiotic would be better than nothing.

If you have no time to treat the chick, it would be best to euthanize.
