8-Week-Old Pullets Sleeping Throughout the Day

Hi There!
I'm very new and could use some advice and reassurance please?
I got 8-week-old pullets yesterday and it seems like every time I check on them, they're napping in a little pile? It was a long car ride yesterday and it was a fairly hot day (~85°).
One especially has been sleeping for the majority of the day.
In addition, I did see that one had what looked like some blood in her poop but that looked like lining in the pictures I've looked up.

They're all eating and drinking (eating a lot of clover and grass from what I've watched but they've gotten chick grit with their crumbles).
I'm just very paranoid and a first time mom pls

It's probably stress from heat and a new home. Electrolytes or a bit of Poultry Nutri-Drench in the water should help with that.

They can also move to a bigger size grit at 8 weeks, unless they're very small bantams.
