Your black one looks like a boy, back swept crest and beginnings of a comb. Your paint could be either, need better photo of the comb.

Look like all roos, but likely mixed, combs not quite silkie (mulberry) like.

Idk they're rescues that is what the previous owners said idc if they are mixed as long as they're all cockerels cause they're in the batchler pad
