8 week old with injured foot

I noticed that one of my 8 week old Brahma pullets had an inured toe. I brought her in to look at it closer and noticed the nail is ripped out and there are abraisions and swelling on the toe. I have cleaned the foot up, soaked it and put an ointment on it. Is there anything else anyone can recomend?

Edited to add I did mark her so I can check her daily.

hi, you could wrap her toe with vet wrap to keep ir clean, but she should be fine, looks like you got it taken care of. : )

ok put some neosporen on it and rap it she should be fine

Thanks guys I didn't think of the vet wrap. This am her toe was all dirty again but the infection had ruptured (which I couldn't get it to do yesterday) hopefully now that it is drained I wont have as much of an issue.
