8 week RIR, Rooster?

This "hen" is 8 weeks old. Shes the only one with waddles, she stands taller than the others and just yesterday my wife put here hand in the coop to feed them a worm and this "girl" ran up and bit her hand and stood between her and the rest of the chickens like it was protecting them. Here is a pic of one of my other RIR's to compare.

Do I have myself a roo?
