8 weeks, are we all pullets?

Wondering if they are pullets- the #2 chick is getting nippy- she is a BO, the #3 is also BO and sweet and gentle...as the #1 is - a RIR

The only one I even suspect roo on is #1, but still looks more pullet than cockerel from here.

whew! ok, now as far as nipping- is that just curiosity? or is it a pecking order thing.... like she maybe is trying to be dominant?

I have had several who, as babies, just liked to bite me!!!

None turned out more aggressive as adults. I think they are just sampling their environment.

My mother has an adult hen who loves to bite, too, and she is as sweet as honey. Just takes a little bite every chance she gets.

kind of like a nippy horse- ok, i spent extra time with her tonite petting her... i know it that teenage stage!
