Hi everyone! Out of 9 assorted bantams, I have 3 confirmed roos (all crowing & red combs/wattles) & one is a black frizzle cochin. There is a 4th that might be a roo, which is the other black frizzle cochin.
One of the black frizzle cochins is crowing but I couldn't tell which one it was since it was dark & their tails are how I tell them a part. Both have red combs and wattles but the tails are different. I am not sure if it is due to the amount of frizzle or gender. They are in front in the pic below. One tail is fluffier on the left.
They are both to the left in the photo facing me. Their combs and wattles have developed the same. They chest bump each other frequently but one fights the other roos more.
A close up of one
I think both are roos. What do you think? Any chance one is a pullet
Thank you everyone!
