I have RIR and if they don't have big honking combs by now, you're likely safe. This is the first batch of RIR I'm raising though, so don't quote me.

I think all are pullets. It really helps to know where you got them and whether they are sexed or not.

The first one might be a pullet. Penciling always throws me off. But the neck feathers…it will be more obvious in a few weeks
