That's not a penciled bird. It's silver laced.The first one might be a pullet. Penciling always throws me off. But the neck feathers…it will be more obvious in a few weeks
The first two pictures I see look like Silver Laced Wyandottes, with rose combs, not pea.I didn't comment on the first chick because the peacomb makes me wonder, lol
