8 weeks old today Australorps

Here is a picture of one of my Austrolorps. All my birds are 8 weeks old. When do the Combs and waddles come on and when do they turn red. I do have three with pinkish color but my other 20 are like the picture. Picture is in my gallery (head shot)

Mine got pinker at about 12 weeks. At 16, they were getting noticeably red, and they started laying at 19 and 20 weeks.

I think they were getting bigger at around 10-11 weeks. The waiting is sooo hard, but worth it.
