8 wk old EE Pic's theres a Bunch please help Sex. I read that Huge EE thread, still not sure.

Chick 1 looks a lot like my girl Iris. I'm not seeing any definite indicators of cockerel in that one... At 8 weeks old, most cockerels will have a very pronounced comb, which (in my experience) starts being obvious around 6-7 weeks. Most cockerels will also have a dark mahogany "cape" on their shoulders (but not all cockerels will get a distinctive cape) and a splotchy pattern.
Here's one of my cockerels' combs at 8 weeks...

Chick 2 has a dark mahogany cape... That one's probably a cockerel. One of my EE cockerels looked like that as a chick... He's the one on the left... Not the greatest photo, but oh well. He grew out mostly white with red/mahogany patches. He was gorgeous.

Chick 3, like 1, doesn't have any indicators of cockerel either. Small comb, no cape, and nice pattern. That one's likely a pullet as well.

I hate to say it, but I suspect that all three are roos. Both the dark and the red one are growing in messy splotches of random color that don't match the body pattern. Those are the beginnings of roo colors that will one day be vibrant and impress the ladies.

The only one that has hen coloration at this point is your black and white one, but that coloration is notorious for being difficult to do gender determination. With how red it's comb is coming in..... I'm guessing roo.

They all look like boys to me, too. :( The first one is the only one I am not really sure on, but the others are both roos for sure. Sorry!

My Kids are going to be heartbroken ( Well me to if there all roo's ) I really hope there not. Please keep the info coming I prob won't be able to get any more pic's for a few days.

Man we are all over the place here, from All hens to all roo's to a mixture, I know it's just a guess now At least it seems I still have a chance.

I had an EE hen that looked like #2. I also thought that EE roos had three or more colors.

Hoping you have all girls!

Hdowden so you think the other two are hens? and there's a 40 % chance this is a Rooster? I thought that the brown was a common Hen color? I am not doubting anyone I am trying to learn. Thanks for everyone's help so far please keep it coming.
