I needed everyone's help. I found my hen on the bottom of the coop not able to move and her neck and body all twisted up. She is unable to move her legs and her talons are curled. She is able to move her wings if she falls over. There is no ability for balance at all. She just lies down looking Paralyzed and deceased. When she moves her wings, white dandruff looking material emits from her feathers as well. I have kept her in the house the last few days. She is only housed typically with one other female hen.

Have you considered Marek's Disease? I'm still learning things, so I'm interested in what more experienced people have to say about this. A few days ago, I lost a hen with similar symptoms. Her paralysis wasn't as bad as you described, but the much the same. I'll be praying for you guys that it's not Marek's!

If it is, I've seen posts that recommend certain vitamins and herbs, and if you catch it early enough, the hen can get better. But, she will always be a carrier... IF it's Marek's that she has.

It's a little confusing --- you say you've had her in the house for a few days but found her on the bottom of the coop. When did this happen, before you brought her in the house? Has she been the same for three days?
Have you checked her over well for any injuries? What does her poop look like?

Check out the symptoms of " Curly Toe Paralysis" which can be caused by a vit b deficit. Check out how much Vit B2 or Riboflavin is in your feed. You might be shocked to find it has none.
The white stuff you mentioned could be the karatin from new grown feathers?? I"m not a expert but I have seen that on my chickens.
