8mo d’Uccle pullet very immature

Hi y’all!

My two oldest d’Uccles hatched in April of this year. Neither are laying yet, but one is squatting, has large comb growth, has reddened, and has the space between her pubic bones. The other one is still extremely pale, with barely any comb growth. She is also smaller and lighter than her sister. Is this anything to worry about?

The more mature one is Margot, and the immature one is Macklemore.

Margot looks very close! It’s likely due to winter coming on, and shorter days. Eggs will come eventually. Very pretty chickens!
