I would give this girl a warm epsom salt bath right away if she seems strong and healthy enough for it. Keep her inside where it is warm overnight. I think her vent may be starting to prolapse. Is tissue coming out or is it just the skin that is inflamed? She needs to be fully cleaned and if you can very gently push the tissue back in (if it’s out) do so. I have read preparation h or equivalent hemorrhoid cream can help as well. Ultimately you will need to figure out what caused this and address it, but this can get you started. I think another possibility is vent gleet. Is she oozing and smelly at her vent?

She's seems fine, is eating and drinking nd running around- no changes there. I've been looking up vent gleet since posting and am thinking that is what it is.

About to get some pet shampoo to clean her up and begin treatment. I have antifungal cream already.

I've given her a bath and put antifungal cream on her, she has molasses water and yoghurt in there now. I'll switch it out for acv water later on.

But I think it may be a bit prolapsed also... is there anything else I can do? I can get anusol cream, is that the same as the other things mentioned?

I think so. You might have to read up on the ingredients in both anusol and preparation H and compare.
If she is prolapsing, it could be because she’s inflamed (from vent gleet, bacterial infection, or something else) or it could also be from straining if she had a blockage somewhere. Poop pictures might help. Does she have access to grit? What does her diet normally consist of?

She normally has access to pellets, scratch mix and we chuck weeds/grass in the yard. She doesn't have grit, none of my other chickens were using it long before she was born, so I stopped putting it out. I can give her some though if you think it would help?

This is a poo she has done since her bath. She's not interested in the molasses water or yogurt. I think she misses her friends - she is being very cuddly.

Update, she has pooped today but I've also noticed that her crop is swollen... I haven't fed her since isolating her yesterday apart from a table spoon of yogurt... I can't smell anything obvious, could it be a slow crop causing all these issues? How do I fix it?
