9 1/2 week old what?

I bought Rosie as RIR from Tractor Supply, but there is definite ring around neck edged in black and eyes are green. Do RIRs have those? The one behind her looks more RIR than this one. Actually these pics were closer to 8 weeks. Also, Rosie has black tail feathers. I'm starting to think it's a New Hampshire.
