9 day old chick walking funny

i have a polish mix of some sort 9 day old baby chick. I rescued it when it was about 30 hours old. Mama took babies outside to get food and left one baby behind I found it almost dead and warmed it up and it was fine, thriving now! I am it's mother it follows me everywhere and it cries when it can't see me. Today I went into my room and noticed it was walkin funny like standing straight up like a penguin and trying to hop? Like a Robin. It was so bizzare. The chick wouldn't walk toward me just hop, it did this about 10 minutes then was fine? It had a wet bely because when it was drinking it tripped and fell into the water. Is there something wrong or was she just being weird? She hasn't been around any other chickens at all she is the weirdest bird I have ever owned. Idk if hen or roo. But it seems okay now?

I've never heard of that before. That is confusing. If she remains healthy, active, eating, drinking, and having normal droppings than I wouldn't worry about it. Leg problems seem pretty common in chicks so make sure she has an easy to grip surface to walk on and is getting proper vitamins.
