9 day old single duckling

Our baby Pansy is nine days old today the past few days when I clean the cage I have allowed the mommy Dandi-Lion out to run eat bugs in the yard and be with her sisters and our male. My question is how long should I allow her to be away from the duckling whom I have in a basket with a kitchen towel over and of course I hold her/him too. Just asking to make sure her mom does not forget her. She hears the baby peep when I go back outside then I trap them all in their night time pen and catch Mom and return her to her pen. The baby is growing like mad and is too dang cute.

I wouldn’t keep them away for more then 30 minutes max

Thanks so much I raced out to catch her and put them back together ...the loud peeping has stopped ...and all is calm in the kingdom once again...thank so much

It is kind of funny I can find tons of info for when humans are raising babies but not so much when mom is doing the job.... so helpful advice from folks is much appreciated.
