After feeding the girls and the man I dumped rinsed and filled the water as usual And a majority came flocking to drink the water as usual. A few minutes later I saw my New Hampshire Abbey open her beak and what looked like water came out. About a nickel sized ( maybe slightly bigger). Didn’t seem to phase her one bit. She pecked it once and strutted off. looked at it and moved it with a stick and seemed just very very slightly thicker than water but that might have been because of soaking into the soil a bit. Do they ever carry water in their beaks and just open? Just a thought since everyone was just the waterer. Or do the spit up even? She acting perfectly normal. Quite active while it was out there and still looks healthy and gorgeous
