9 month old Brahma's not laying

Hello all,

I know Brahma's can take longer to lay and of course the colder weather is here now so perhaps that is a factor. My Brahma Flock raised from Chicks is 9 months old and no eggs yet. Is it possible they are missing something nutritionally? I have one Lohman Brown left that lays on the same feed/environment.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

What's the feed?
They take longer to mature 6+ months, then there's been less daylight for a few months which controls laying. Normal.

They are on a grower feed. Have always been advised to do Grower until the first egg shows up then switch to layer feed. I have lights in my coop/barn so I leave those on during the day right now.

Again, all good and normal. Does she have a reddening comb?

Combs all still look fairly pink to me.
