9 month old hen sick

She still hasn't eaten anything but a bite or 2 here & there. Still drinking water though. All my hens are together so not sure when she last laid. I'm going to say she hasn't laid since Tuesday though. Poop was all white again this morning. Last night we allowed her to walk around my back room (concrete floor!) while my husband and I were sitting with her. As is her normal behavior, she flew up to both our shoulders and nestled there. This morning we tried putting her back with her flock and the other hens pecked at her. Here are some pics. I'll check her crop again shortly and let you guys know what I find. I did check her back end and looked at her vent. I do not see or feel an egg. She's been up walking around this morning but now laying back down sleeping.

The poop - it's hard to tell, is that worms?
Is she still breathing with her beak open?
As for feeling for bloat/swelling, cup your hand underneath her vent between her legs, is there any fullness there?
The poop is concerning to me.
With her symptoms I would lean toward having a reproductive problem, but if those are worms, then I would also worm her to see if that makes a difference as well.

Now that I look closely yes, they are worms. But that wouldn't cause her to breathe with her mouth open right?

Not necessarily.
Does her abdomen feel swollen, what does her crop feel like (is it empty in the morning before she eats/drinks)?

It's hard to tell, but it looks like roundworms. I would deworm her.
You can find Valbazen and Fenbendazole at most feed stores like Tractor Supply.
Dosage for Valbazen is 1/2ml given orally, then repeat in 10 days.
Dosage for Fenbendazole (Safeguard) is .23ml per pound of weight given orally for 5 days in a row.

Not necessarily.

Thanks so much for your help. Her abdomen doesn't look or feel swollen and the crop has been empty most of the time because she wasn't eating and not drinking much. I just saw with her and wet some bread. She ate about 1 piece and 2 blueberries. I'm taking her to the vet in the AM. Definitely has worms but still need to investigate the mouth opening thing. I'll report back once she's seen the vet.

Glad you can see the vet!
Please keep us posted.

The Safeguard is for goats, correct? I'm about to go get some but don't want to buy the wrong thing. It is so difficult to find any of this on the shelf at stores. Tractor Supply also removed all Wazine from their shelves.
