9 month old polish hen

i would think so. i don't have a polish but i do know a lot about chicken breeds.

Don't be surprised if she isn't. Polish hens are REALLY slow to start laying. My girl was the last one to lay out of all of my chooks. Remember, this wasn't what they were first bred to do.

okay well i havent gotten an egg from her yet, but shes really pretty and so is her mate, so i am keeping them, but thanks for the encouragement, polish princess.

No prob. My girl took a while. The breed is so pretty I usually look beyond the eggs and more at their awesome looks. Giving you good laying vibes!

I thought mine would never lay......it was around 10 mo., but it was worth the wait....they are so pretty!
