lol I, and this is just me, wouldn't bring it to anybodys attention. Make a copy of that law. The way i'm understanding it is your ok to go. Right?

Urbangirl, its saying YOU can have chickens as long as the coop is further than 100 feet away from YOUR NEIGHBORS,

No person shall keep poultry within one hundred feet of any residence or business establishment, except the residence or business establishment of the person owning or controlling the poultry

So it can be any distance around your house just no closer than 100 feet from neighbors on any side of you or 100 feet from a main street or highway

what is your lot size?

Our whole lot is 175ish from either neighbor it's 30 and 50 from the alleyway neighbors

OK, so I am assuming you are saying your lot length is 175. So you keep them in the far back of your lot. I don't know how close your neighbors are in the back, if any. My lot size is 187ft. my house measures 22 -34 ft and I am 50 feet from the street. So if I kept chickens in my back part of my yard, I am still 100 ft away to any neighbor around me. 175 seems like a good size lot.

But those that have a really small yard will probably be out of luck when it comes to laws such as these.
