9 week old chick making weird sound

we have a 9 week old chick who is now making a weird sound. at first, i thought she was just getting her adult voice, but it sounds hoarse and strange... is this normal? thanks!

How is your chick doing today? Is she still making the sound? Are you seeing any other symptoms that might be a sign of a respiratory infection, such as a watery eye, clear nasal drainage, or gasping? Sometimes they can get sick from their bedding getting soaked with water or droppings, dust and mold can easily form, or ammonia odors can affect their voice or cause infections. Clean dry bedding, raising waterers up to should height, and good air circulation over their heads can help to prevent problems.

she is still making the sound but she looks healthy, I'm starting to think she is transitioning from cluck to chirp. we cleaned out their cage too just i case (it was time anyway) thanks!
