9 week old Hen throwing up ... water?

Just an Update
She hasnt 'thrown up' lately, well that I know of
I've changed her food to Tripleduty feed a couple days ago. This feed is a paler color [kind of a grayish sandy color]. So if she does happen to do it again, it will come out more colorless? But Hopefully it doesnt happen at all :] Any one else think that it could have been yellow because her feed was very yellow (like corn yellow)?
