We can sympathise. We hatched some chicks and all the frizzles turned out to be boys. Thankfully the breeder took them back (the only reason we could do it) as we are suburban, like you. The kids were so upset.

No I have to find another...Hate breaking up Lucy and Ethel....or Larry and
Ethel. They are always within steps of each other.
