If this bird had the same appearance at 12 or 14 weeks I'd say pullet for certain. However, there is some waTTle (@fluffycrow) development beginning a little too early for my liking, as well as some dark spots appearing in the hackles. I would say don't...... well yeah, I'll say it - don't count your chickens before they hatch on this one 😉

I agree with this. I think this one could go either way but my RIRs were pretty pink with almost no wattle until close to POL.
 
In the first pic I would say pullet but then in the second with the stance, size, as well as how much bigger the comb and wattles are than the other birds I would say cockerel… so this is a tough one. Keep us updated and post again in a few weeks.

OP also inquired because it is obvious this bird is different than the rest, evidenced also by this pic.

After looking it over a bit more, I'm going to go with a solid commitment to a cockerel.
