9 Week old Speckled Sussex - Tizzy or Ted?

Hey guys and gals! I'm a novice who got 2 chicks for my daughter to raise for 4-H. We were told that these things were sexed and 99% probability of being hens. Well... I think we found the 1%. I heard this guy/girl trying to crow the other week and kind of dismissed it along with the comb and aggressiveness/protectiveness towards the other chick. This morning I heard him/her trying to crow again so I thought I would come to the experts to confirm my suspicions. I hope these pics are good enough to tell.
