9 wk australorp - rooster??

I have 2 beautiful 9wk old black australorps. One looks different than the other and I'm wondering if she might be a he?
I'm new to the chicken world and appreciate the help. No crowing and very sweet demeanor, but you can see the difference.
We're not allowed to have roosters in the city, so I will be very sad if she is a boy.

Try the "No Crow" rooster collar. It does help mute the sound to where they are quieter than hens in some cases. Most city ordinances state you cannot have a rooster that crows, not that you cannot keep a rooster.
