90 days of an infection with no progress - I need help....

ive had something kinda lik this happen before acept for the foot lost all circulaion

The really weird part is that her once perfect toe had the middle bone just vaporized by whatever the inital infection was. That part has stumped the Dr. right away fearing it was a tumor or cancer.

would a tumor show up on an x-ray? I wonder. But the fact that it's still infected and not going away but also NOT showing up on a culture just keeps adding to this enigma of a medical issue.
