90 degrees out. Brooding silkie is panting

Help. My silky is brooding in her coop. She has 3 days left. She's panting with her mouth open. Should I bring her inside where it is cool? It's 99 degrees out.
 
I would not suggest moving her - if you could rig up a fan in the coop it would be a great help, as would adding ice to water, putting out frozen water melon or other such things. Optimising ventilation would also be good. You could maybe read up on keeping chickens cool - just type it in the search box.
